our family had a great 2-night stay at brighton city osaka kitahama. the bathroom setup was fantastic, with a separate area for the bathtub and shower. we loved that it was just a short stroll to osaka castle and surrounded by amazing restaurants. the staff were super accommodating, even allowing us an early check-in to explore. 100 marks for the complimentary bottled water!

Though the TV was a bit of a letdown with its weird angle and lack of YouTube, and the lobby's skincare offerings fell short of expectations, the usual toiletries were on point.
